RDA is a voluntary organisation providing equine-assisted activities for people with disabilities to develop and enhance abilities through programs such as riding, dressage and carriage driving. Horses provide vital mental and physical stimulation for our disabled participants, improving their confidence, increasing their autonomy and delivering immeasurable amounts of pleasure. The Sound Mentoring Program provides music mentorship to at-risk young people, helping them to achieve their potential as artists and human beings. We are looking for an experienced group drumming facilitator to deliver 5 1-hour group drumming workshops to at-risk young people from June to November 2024 at a youth centre in Western Sydney.
