You will be responsible for serving as our eyes and ears on the course. This event is an opportunity for brand awareness and donations, all supporting childhood cancer research.

Back2bikes is a social enterprise that provides bike training services and bike recycling for the community. Run by volunteers and supported by Port Phillip Council, we accept bike donations and sell recycled bikes as affordable transport. We provide - training for volunteers - bike maintaining courses - affordable bike servicing - bikes for people with special needs - bikes for people in need. i.e. asylum seekers, refugees, victims of domestic violence

Assist and direct incoming donations to the nominated sorting area; remove and change rubbish bales and white bags; assist with furniture and furniture floor displays (where applicable),sweeping and general tidying of sorting area. THIS ROLE INCLUDES SOME HEAVY LIFTING (Furniture etc.) Must be willing to undertake all duties within the store. ***To be referred to this role an interview with Volunteering Central Coast is required. Would you like to learn skills in assisting in setting up an event site for a major fundraising event, while supporting Dementia Australia to raise important funds that support individuals and families living with Dementia. The event also helps build awareness and education about Dementia in the wider community.
