The Youth Advocacy Group provides an overview of actions in support of young people residing in the City of Whittlesea. The group is youth-led and leads a range of topics pertaining to youth and advocates for issues to be addressed. This opportunity gives young people autonomy and leadership to voice and work towards the changes they’d like to see in their communities.

At MiCare, we don't want anybody to be lonely. We are looking for female volunteer who can speak Italian (Calabrese dialect) to spend some quality time with an elderly lady who lives in Brunswick West. Your visit may be spent reminiscing about the good old days and family while sitting around having a cuppa or enjoying a leisurely activity like going for a short walk.

Community Radio Program Preparation with local community radio. 103.9HopeFM is founded on Christian principles, and is operated entirely by volunteers. Preparation for programs involves a variety of tasks, including: pre-recording content, scheduling content, editing audio files, downloading content from the web, ripping content from CD’s, & maintaining the music library. We are a community station that broadcasts family friendly content that aims to bring hope, share joy & build community.
