4 Voices are looking for team leaders to support our small outreach teams on the Gold Coast. Team leaders need to engage with, coach and manage both volunteer and the outreach shift activities. The commitment required is 3 - 4 hours per week. We are about to launch an outreach service to operate from an off-grid van at various locations on the Gold Coast.

This volunteer role involves providing information and referrals to women who visit the purposely established safety hub 'The Haven'. We provide this service through our toll-free helpline, booked support calls, online forums, support groups, self-care information, education, resources, and training programs.

Lifeline Central West is looking for people to answer calls on our 13 11 14 Crisis Support Service. An opportunity to make a differance in the community, use your existing life experiences to support those callers in crisis.

Take on a varied set of tasks ranging from sorting donations, and assisting people in crisis via our telephone interview process, as well as assisting in other areas if required. (C)
