Invisible Illnesses Inc is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with invisible illnesses, such as mental health disorders, chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, ADHD, and PTSD. We offer a range of services and support to our community members, including workshops, peer support groups, emergency relief, and well-being services.

The focus of this position is to assist Swimming School Instructors in the pool and on deck. The work of the volunteer may also include assisting staff with swimming lessons, setting up and packing down for lessons and cleaning.

The primary responsibility of the role is to engage with staff to facilitate the implementation of The Salvation Army's WHS Management System and continually improve the safety culture. Our Pilots are everyone from directors to senior citizens and students (aged 18yrs +). Volunteering with CWA positively impact the lives of the elderly or people with disabilities by giving them free trishaw rides on e-bikes. We have trishaws operating most days of the week, with lots of shifts (mostly weekday mornings) at locations all over Perth.
