As a Social Inclusion Volunteer, you will meet elderly people and people with disability to support them in various roles. Meals on Wheels deliver meals to older people and people with disabilities living in the Parramatta LGA on week day mornings. Drivers are responsible for driving to our Hunter Street office then to customers homes with a helper. Volunteers will need to have a full licence and own comprehensively insured car. It is a mandatory requirement, according to Public Health Orders, for volunteers to provide evidence of their COVID-19 vaccines and booster vaccine registration certificate.

Work in your local community and accompany a driver delivering bread to those in need.

Volunteers are required to provide assistance with social activities to adults with a disability at Chatswood Youth Centre.

Driving clients to and from their medical appointments which can be done in one of the Foundation's Cars provided. For our clients it provides, not just free and flexible transport in the metropolitan area, but critical social connections in the community.
