Every week, all sorts of people do all sorts of things for Meals on Wheels. If you’ve got a bit of time on your hands, we could do with you. If you love to cook and love to lead, you can help your local community by keeping the wheels turning at a Meals on Wheels branch as the Assistant Kitchen Coordinator. An Assistant Kitchen Coordinator assists the Kitchen Coordinator where required and steps in when the they are ill, unavailable or on holidays.

As a volunteer cook for a food hub, you will play a vital role in preparing meals and food items for distribution to community members in need. Your culinary skills and passion for cooking will help create nutritious and delicious meals that nourish individuals and families in our community.

The Volunteer Food Collector will be responsible for collecting food donations from various sources and distributing them to those in need within the community.
