QSHBA is a volunteer-run not-for-profit group that is very active in the community. We have 4 permanent bands that perform regularly: the Light Horse Heritage Band, the Queensland Show Band, the Bayside Youth Band and QSHBA Drum Corps. With current volunteers focused on teaching and performance roles, we need 1 or more volunteers to help keep us going behind the scenes, assisting with clerical duties, band room maintenance, as well as library and asset management.

The show takes place every 2 months & moviegoers are encouraged to dress up, and get into the spirit of the "shenanigans" that go along with the movies' theme. They have a licences bar & catering on the night, with a lolly bar & soft drinks for the children's matinee shows. Many Volunteer roles available!
