We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual who wants to make a difference in animal welfare to join our volunteer supporter group in the Eurobodalla region.

Our Port Macquarie Volunteer Branch have a huge impact on people and their pets in the local Port Macquarie community and are currently looking for a treasurer. This role will involve overseeing and controlling all incoming and outgoing funds for both the Port Macquarie RSPCA NSW Op Shop and branch.

We desperately need help, we need someone with MYOB experience to enter our expenditure and deposits into our accounts via our bank feed, cash deposits and expenditure. Monthly management reporting, BAS preparation and prepare for annual audit. Will also become a part of the management committee when the treasurer steps down.

As the Treasurer, you will play a vital role in managing our financial activities, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations. We desperately need help, we need someone with Donorperfect and Constant Contact experience to assist entering our donations into donorperfect CRM, update Shelter manager, reconciliation of the donations in our bank feed, assist in marketing campaigns by writing content and building constant contact emails plus newsletters etc. Will become a member of the management team.

We desperately need help, we need someone with microsoft Office including Excel and Facebook experience to recruit and manage our Volunteer team. Will be trained to use our CRM DonorPerfect and Sheltermanager. Will also become a part of the management committee.
