The primary objective of the Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level secretarial, administrative and executive support to the Managing Director, Business Manager, Comms & Fundraising Manager and Programs Manager.

Urgently needed someone to assist us with reviewing and writing up our policies, processes and procedures for Happy Paws Haven and the animals in our care. ideally the person has business administration skills and loves animals. Microsoft word and excel skills will definitely be required.

We require a reliable & competent person with Admin & HR experience to support our Volunteer Coordinator and Admin Staff. You must be • Happy and friendly • Of neat & tidy appearance • Self-motivated with a good work ethic and an eye for detail • Able to work as part of a team, but also work without supervision and use initiative when required. There will be a negotiable period of approx. 4 weeks where you will spend time with the Volunteer team to gain an understanding of the Organisation

The Marine Discovery Centre now hosts more than 7000 students from more than 100 schools each year. It also provides school holiday programs, corporate team building days and more.
