As a volunteer Resolution Officer, you will be responsible for receiving, assessing, investigating and responding to complaints or concerns from members of Fauna Rescue. Reporting to the Chairperson, this role will facilitate our goal of best practice wildlife care and support our volunteers with any matters that may arise.

This dynamic team install wildlife and possum boxes for our Wildlife Carers. The boxes in which we release our wildlife / possums are made of 19mm pine to provide the best insulation during our hotter summers but are therefore 6.5kg plus wildlife weight (up to 2kg). Ladders and harnesses are used to ensure safety for our installation team and training in best practice WH&S is also provided.
