Weekend to End Women's Cancers - Melbourne

The Weekend to End Women’s Cancers is a 2-day, 60km walk to raise vital funds for cancer research and clinical care for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne. It’s a Weekend to remember those lives we have lost to breast or gynaecologic cancer and a Weekend to celebrate the lives we are saving.

Proceeds from The Weekend will provide vital funding to research and clinical care at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Australia’s only public hospital solely dedicated to cancer, and home to Australia’s largest cancer research group. Peter Mac immediately assigns funds raised to enable life-saving cancer research. This means a contribution today will have an immediate impact in the fight against cancer. The funds raised will help Peter Mac’s clinicians and researchers to improve cancer detection, and to find gentler and more personalised treatments for women with cancer.
