About Liverpool Volunteer Resource Centre

As a resource centre, we refer volunteers to the most suitable positions available within local not-for-profit organisations. We seek to help not-for-profit organisations with the volunteers they need to run their services and, if required, expand the services offered. We offer information about the rights and responsibilities of being a volunteer and also engaging volunteers. We organise training as required.

Mission Statement:
The Liverpool Volunteer Resource Centre (LVRC) supports volunteering in Liverpool and surrounding areas by referring suitable volunteers to not-for-profit organisations to assist them in their day-to-day running. We seek to ensure volunteers have meaningful and enjoyable volunteering experiences by matching them to positions that best suit their skills, needs and interests. We offer training and information for both volunteers and for organisations seeking volunteers.
