Kelmscott Agricultural Society (KAS) is a leading Agricultural Society in Western Australia. Established in 1897, KAS is also one of the oldest Agricultural Societies in Western Australia. KAS is completely run by volunteers in all positions.

KAS holds its flagship Kelmscott Agricultural Show at Rushton Park on the 3rd weekend in October each year. The event attracts over 10,000 patrons coming through the gates. The event utilises many volunteer organisations from the area and KAS donates over $30,000 to these not-for-profit groups.

Mission Statement:
(a) To promote the advancement of Kelmscott, the City of Armadale and surrounding Districts.
(b) To promote such other objects of community interests as may tend to encourage the involvement in social, cultural and recreational activities of the District.
(c) To provide a venue where local recreational and interest groups can promote their activities and to raise funds.

The committee is made up of a wide range of community members ranging in age.
