About this opportunity

Volunteering with Sailability is a happy and rewarding experience, working with and supporting disabled and elderly participants. Volunteers are sought for on-water and off-water roles to allow participants to experience sailing. Various roles include skippers and crews on keel boats,helping participants on and off boats, managing/securing boats on the loading pontoon,administration, communication and coordination of participants and volunteers.


Additional requirements

Working with Children Check *.

Skipper roles require extensive experience in sailing keelboats. Crewing
roles require some experience in sailing keelboats. No specific skills for
off-water roles, but a friendly nature plus good communication skills are
highly regarded.

Time Required

9.00am to noon every Thursday from February to end of June. 9.00am to Noon every Saturday from February to the end June
