About this opportunity
If you see yourself as a leader become a Volunteer youthworkers and lead groups for the Scouts Association. You must have good communication skills and it is preferred that you are between the ages of 18 and 40 years of age and keen to implement the Scout program of outdoor and indoor adventurous activities.
The various groups are: Joeys - 6-8yrs, Cubs - 8-11yrs, Scouts - 10-14yrs, Venturers - 15 - 18 yrs.
Volunteers are required in all over Sydney, particularly, South Western Sydney and Greater Western Sydney from: Parramatta to Wiseman's Ferry and Penrith Lidcombe to Oran Park There are also opportunities in Inner Sydney.
Full training provided. This position would suit someone with an interest in children who has leadership skills. Scout programmes run on one weeknight, plus some there are some weekend activities.

3 hours per week Mon- Fri afternoons/evenings Saturday during the day.
