Community Kitchen Facilitator
About this opportunity
Your role will be to support the community kitchen to ensure that it runs smoothly.
Duties may include encouraging participation from all community kitchen members and facilitating the planning and running of a cooking session. You will also be required to participate in the Barwon Community Kitchen Facilitator Network meetings. You do not need to be an exceptional cook but an interest in supporting people and cooking healthy meals is desired.
You will have a demonstrated ability to work independently, whilst adhering to organisation guidelines, policies and procedures. You will also have the ability to relate to a diverse range of people and well developed interpersonal communication skills.
You are requested to promote Community Kitchen's core values of respect, support and equality in all areas of work.
Additional requirements
Driver's Licence (C) . National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.
Completion of Community Kitchens Facilitator training.
A current Victorian Drivers Licence (Working with Children's Check - depending on participants).
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work independently.

3-4 hours per session. Additional details available from agency.
