About Samarinda
Samarinda is a leading provider of aged care services to Ashburton and the wider community. Samarinda's multiple programs include Social Support @ 296 High St - seniors activity center, Samarinda Lodge, Elsie Salter House - dementia day respite centre, Meals on Wheels, The Ashy Op Shop and a home care program.
The range of volunteer positions available is varied and includes:- Drivers, Gardeners, Activity Assistants, Op shop assistants, Kitchen support, Companions, Retail opportunities, General Administration and others.
Our aim is to support the work of Samarinda and the experience for clients/residents/customers through a quality volunteering experience.
