About Perinatal Wellbeing Centre

Perinatal Wellbeing Centre (formerly known as PANDSI) provides support, information and referral services to women and their families who are affected by depression in pregnancy or after the birth of a baby (perinatal depression). They help over 300 families a year. Their support services include regular telephone support, facilitated group support (sometimes with an exercise component), one-on-one client meetings, partners' information groups and playgroups. They also undertake community and health professional education.
