About Outlook

Outlook is a not for profit social enterprise that provides a range of services to adults with disabilities including training, work placements, work experience, recreation and leisure and holiday stays. In addition the organisation also manages transfer stations and recycling facilities across Melbourne.

Outlooks Head Office is based in Pakenham where we also operate the Outlook Community Centre which provides a range of training programs including hobby, professional, self development, computer and accredited courses.
Outlook services (disability support, employment offices) are provided across the Cardinia- Casey area including Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Hallam, Hampton Park, Berwick and Pakenham.

Outlook has a Volunteer Coordinator to support and coordinate the Volunteers, which currently number over 70.
